Arielle Fitzgerald is literally functionally illiterate.  She spends her days learning about nutrition, and ingesting all the crickets and coconut in her recipes. Arielle is an ultra-marathon runner and an athletic enthusiast. Arielle works as a Holistic Nutritionist, she is passionate about teaching people about natural nutrition in order to heal their bodies and help them thrive in their sport. Constantly questioning conventional wisdom, she loves to educate athletes on ways to increase their own fat metabolism, in order to optimize their personal performance. She thinks that proper nutrition should be stress free and available to all. She has a talent for listening to her gut in all the ways, and is a living 'Nike Swoosh.'
